djuko.app is a technology platform that facilitates song request payments between music fans and DJs. djuko.app is not responsible for the musical content played at events.
djuko.app is operated by Raphaël Veron, sole proprietor (auto-entrepreneur), registered in France. Customer support: hello@djuko.app.
By creating a DJ account, you agree that: (a) all client refunds will be debited from your Stripe Connect account; (b) you will process each request within 24 hours or it will be automatically refunded; (c) generating fraudulent requests is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reporting to Stripe; (d) you are responsible for your own tax obligations on income received through the platform.
djuko.app charges a 20% platform fee on each payment, collected as a Stripe application fee at the time of the transaction. DJs receive 80% of each request amount before Stripe processing fees.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are issued automatically when a DJ declines a request. Refunds are debited from the DJ's Stripe Connect account balance, not from djuko.app. Dispute resolution follows Stripe's standard policies.
Song requests cannot be cancelled by the requester once payment is completed. If the DJ does not respond to a request within 24 hours, the request expires and is automatically refunded in full. For any payment issue, contact hello@djuko.app.
djuko.app reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, generate fraudulent activity, or abuse the refund system.
